For someone who is new in doing business, I try to learn as much as I can from the people I know and also the people that I follow. THREE BUSINESS PRINCIPLES THAT MATTER

前回、92のPodcastでは、粉もんの話をしました。
ですので、食べ物シリーズでいきます。

今日はトンカツについて。
みなさんはトンカツ、知っていますか？

豚カツ（とんかつ）は、厚みのある豚のロースやヒレのスライス肉を、小麦粉・溶き卵・パン粉をまとわせて油で揚げた料理のことをいいます。

「とんかつ」・「とんカツ」・「トンカツ」・「豚カツ」などいろいろな表記がありますね。「カツ」とだけ書かれることもある。※カツはカツレツの略です。
豚カツという名前の由来は、“豚”の音読みの「トン」と、フランス料理の"côtelettes"（コートレットの英語読みであるカットレット cutlet）の組み合わせからきています。

「とんかつ専門店」は、ごはん・味噌汁をセットにして「とんかつ」を提供していることが多いです。カツ丼と言って、ご飯の上にのせて出す店もあります。

とんかつには、とんかつソース、ゴマ（すり鉢ですり、ソースに混ぜ、それにつけて食べる店もある）をつけて食べることが多いです。

店や地域によっては、とんかつソースではなくデミグラスソースをかけて供するなど、洋食スタイルのものもあります。

豚かつに添えられることの多い生キャベツの千切りは、消化吸収を助けます。おかわりができる店も多いです。

おかわりは、追加できる、ということですね。
キャベツ、ご飯、味噌汁がおかわりできる店が多いです。
