How to say “Happy Birthday” in Thai.
This is a phrase that you can use.
สุขสันต์วันเกิด
สุขสันต์ mean Happy
วันเกิด means Birthday
Let’s talk a little bit about สุขสันต์
Eventhough it means Happy, but it is not used in the sentence like “I am happy”.
If you want to say “I am happy”, then you’ll have to say ฉันมีความสุข
Normally you will find สุขสันต์ in a phrase like Happy Birthday, Happy Mother’s Day, Happy
Valentine’s day , etc.
I give you some example, Mothers’ day , In Thai we say วันแม่
So, when you want to say Happy Mother’s day , you will simply say สุขสันต์วันแม่
ok, how about วันพ่อ, วันพ่อ is Father’s day.
