In this episode, we’ll explore the difference between "效果" (effect) and "效率" (efficiency). These two words are often used interchangeably, but they actually have distinct meanings. 效果 (xiào guǒ)
中文解释：指某事物或某行为所产生的结果或影响。
英文解释：Refers to the result or impact produced by something or an action.

效率 (xiào lǜ)
中文解释：指单位时间内完成任务的程度。
英文解释：Refers to the degree of completing a task within a unit of time.

有效果 (yǒu xiào guǒ)
中文解释：表示某种方法、措施或行为产生了预期的结果。
英文解释：Indicates that a method, measure, or action has produced the expected result.

有效率 (yǒu xiào lǜ)
中文解释：表示某种方法、措施或行为在单位时间内的效果高。
英文解释：Indicates that a method, measure, or action is highly effective within a unit of time.

结果 (jié guǒ)
中文解释：某种行为、过程或事件的最终状态或收获。
英文解释：The final outcome or harvest of an action, process, or event.

单位时间 (dān wèi shí jiān)
中文解释：指一定时间内，通常用于衡量效率的标准。
英文解释：Refers to a specific period of time, usually used as a standard for measuring efficiency.

进步 (jìn bù)
中文解释：指事物在发展、提高过程中的改善或提升。
英文解释：Refers to the improvement or advancement in the development or progress of something.

目标 (mù biāo)
中文解释：希望达到的预定目的或方向。
英文解释：A desired outcome or direction to be achieved.

速度 (sù dù)
中文解释：指物体运动的快慢，或是某种过程的进展速度。
英文解释：Refers to the speed of an object's motion or the rate of progress of a process.

名词 (míng cí)
中文解释：表示人、事物、地点、概念等的词语。
英文解释：A word that represents a person, thing, place, concept, etc.

形容词 (xíng róng cí)
中文解释：用来描述名词的特征、状态或性质的词语。
英文解释：A word used to describe the characteristics, state, or nature of a noun.

Если вы изучаете русский язык, то знаете, когда в России празднуют Новый год. Конечно, в ночь с 31 декабря на 1 января. Но есть и другие даты, когда люди в России отмечают приход Нового года.
На территории России живут не только русские.  Здесь живут люди 190 народностей и национальностей. 
Например, в Бурятии живёт много буддистов. В этом регионе России Новый год отмечают два раза. В первый раз — как и во всей стране, в ночь с 31 декабря на 1 января. Второй Новый год празднуют по лунному календарю. Этот день называется Праздник Белого месяца или по-другому - Сагаалган. В 2025 году Сагаалган будут праздновать 1 марта. 
В Татарстане 31 декабря — тоже не единственный праздник Нового года. Весной тут празднуют Навруз.  Это праздник Нового года по солнечному календарю. В 2025 году его будут отмечать 20 марта.
В Республике Саха Новый год издавна празднуют совсем не зимой. Ысыах - праздник в честь божеств Айыы (прародителей народа саха). Для людей это праздник возрождения природы. Ысыах празднуется весной или летом. В последние годы его отмечают 21 июня в день летнего солнцестояния. В эту дату самый длинный день и самая короткая ночь в году.
Как видите, Россия – огромная страна. Здесь можно увидеть и узнать много необычного и интересного.

Today I am going to talk briefly about those little pop-up advertisements, also called pop-up ads, that appear on websites or videos that you are perusing on the internet.

I fully understand the necessity of the pop up ads.  I mean, while the internet appears to offer us so much information instantly, and in most cases 'free', the truth is someone somehow must pay the bills.

So, I completely appreciate the need to sell something in order to bring in some cold hard cash, or, money.

And yes, it's true, occasionally I enjoy having my attention drawn to new and exotic music equipment from my favorite shopping website, Sweetwater.

However, if I am going to be honest, most of the time pop ups annoy me.

I mean, I'm pretty intentional about how I spend my time on the internet.

And if I am looking for some specific information on a topic, or trying to listen some music on Youtube, then it can be a bit of a bother to 'X' out of an ad, or wait 15 seconds before I can watch a video.

These questions are never answered because the 'confidence field' is too vague and broad, and sadly, it's overlooked as the main, foundational ingredient for someone's change!
