はい、この”では”、いつ使いますか。 えー、これは
・日本”で”なかなか馬を見ることができません。

と言ってもオッケーです。うん、とても自然（しぜん）です。It sounds natural for Japanese.
はい、えー、でこの”では” ですが、「サントスさん、 あなたの国で見られるかもしれませんが、日本ではなかなか見ることができません」.「 他（ほか）の国で見られるかもしれませんが、日本ではなかなか見ることができません」。うん、こういう時に使います。
くらべている時ですね。（くらべます：compare）の時に使います。 
はい、で、もう一度（いちど）言いますが、
・日本でなかなか馬を見ることができません。

と言ってもオッケーです。うん、You don‘t need to be afraid to make a mistake.　ですよ。
はい。じゃあ、みなさん、えー、下のフォーマットを使って3つ文を作ってください。これ、あなたの国を主語(しゅご）subjectにして、文を作ってください。
① では　ことができます。
② では　ことができません。
③ では　なかなか～ことができません。

たとえば
・日本では、すもうを見ることができます。
などですね。Something like this.
