余华先生的《活着》是我在初中的时候读的，当时在图书馆哭的泣不成声。想到了网上最近几年流行的一句话：“时代的一粒沙，落在个人身上就是一座山”。似乎每一代人都有需要面对的苦难、挫折、挑战，个体的命运在历史的洪流面前显得微不足道。
以下是节选：

1、没有什么比时间更具有说服力了，因为时间无需通知我们就可以改变一切。

2、以笑的方式哭，在死亡的伴随下活着。

3、人是为活着本身而活着，而不是为了活着之外的任何事物所活着。
