„ü“ ... Ein Alptraum, oder? Eigentlich nicht: Hier ist ein Trick für dich:

- Du musst erst lächeln =) (dein Mund ist dabei offen)
- Setzte deine Fingerspitzen an beiden Mundwinkeln.
- Der Zungenrücken sollte leicht nach oben gehen.
- Sag jetzt lange i.
- Während du lange i sagst, komme mit den Fingerspitzen von Links und Rechts in die Mitte.
- und schon hast du ein „ü“ =)

Viel Spaß beim Hören, Erkennen und Mitmachen:

Übermäßige Übung führt häufig zu Müdigkeit. Üblicherweise benötigt der Körper genügend Ruhe, um sich zu regenerieren. Frühes Aufstehen, späte Überstunden und ungesunde Ernährung stören die Balance. Deshalb ist es üblich, täglich mindestens sieben Stunden zu schlafen. Übrigens: Frische Luft und Bewegung unterstützen das Immunsystem. Übergewicht kann durch regelmäßige Übung und gesunde Mahlzeiten reduziert werden. Wichtig: Üppige Portionen vermeiden! Gemüse, Hülsenfrüchte und Nüsse liefern Nährstoffe, ohne zu überfüllen. Überdies sollte Wasser stets griffbereit sein. Übung macht den Körper stark, doch Übertreibung schadet. Überlege klug, was dein Körper wirklich benötigt. Übrigens: Pausen sind genauso wichtig wie produktive Phasen. Übe dich in Balance!
