Hola. Bienvenidos a mi canal “Aprendiendo español con una argentina”.

En este episodio vas a conocer algunos detalles sobre el famoso mate de la cultura argentina. Este podcast está recomendado para estudiantes de español con un manejo intermedio del idioma. Te recomiendo que sigas el audio junto con la transcripción, para facilitar el proceso de comprensión del contenido.

¿Te gustaría saber cuánto mate tomamos los argentinos? Bueno, según el Instituto Nacional de Yerba Mate, en el año 2023 el consumo en Argentina superó los 212 millones de kilos. Esto representa la siguiente estadística: 8 de cada 10 argentinos toman mate.
Y, como es sabido, mi país es el principal productor y exportador de yerba mate a nivel global: el año pasado se exportaron más de 30 millones de kilos de esta infusión.
Casi en todos los hogares del país hay, al menos, un set de mate. Esta bebida es considerada un símbolo nacional que se toma en momentos sociales, como pueden ser encuentros con amigos y familia; aunque también, suele tomarse en forma individual (como cuando se estudia o trabaja en soledad, y en estos casos el mate resulta ser una buena compañía).
Esta infusión es una buena fuente de nutrición. Se puede encontrar una amplia bibliografía sobre los aportes de magnesio, antioxidantes y vitaminas, y sobre su capacidad de mejorar la función cardiovascular.
Cabe destacar que no todos los mates son amargos, dado que se puede adicionar azúcar u otros yuyos para modificar su sabor y adaptarlo, de esta forma, a los gustos personales de cada uno.

こんにちは！Atsushiです。
北海道の今日の天気は晴れ。
気温は24℃です。

今日は8/11。今日は日本では、なんの日か知っていますか？

今日は、山の日という祝日national holidayになっています。「山の日」とは、「山に親しむ機会を得て、山の恩恵に感謝する」という日です。

日本はおよそ6～7割が山地で、海に囲まれていますよね。日本人は、昔から山や海に畏敬の念respectを抱きながら自然とともに生きてきました。

そして2016年から8月11日が山の日となりました。
日本のいろんな場所で、山にまつわるイベントが開催されています。もしかしたら、今日は登山をしている人も多いかもしれませんね。

私の登山の経験ですが、大阪にいる時は時々山登りをしていました。有名なところだと六甲山なども登りました。

1番の経験はやはり富士山です。
夜10時ごろから登りはじめ、8合目あたりで仮眠をし、夜明けに山頂まで登り、日の出を見ました。

日の出を見ることを、朝日を拝むとか、正月だと初日の出を拝む、など言いますね。

話がそれましたが、富士山の山頂での日の出は言葉では表現できないほどの美しさと、満足感、達成感があります。
寒いですけどね！

北海道にも山がたくさんありますので、また山登りを始めてみようと思います。
