・ 温泉のある場所の名前で、札幌市にあります。
・ ホテルがたくさんあって、観光客もたくさんいます。
・ ここでこいのぼりを見ることができるということで、行ってきました。
・ こいのぼり知っていますか？
・ 魚の形をしたもので、それを外に飾ります。
・ 少しずつ大きさが違っていて、大きい魚、次に、大きい魚、次に大きい魚と飾っています。
・ これは、本当は男の子のいる家族が用意をします。
・ このこいのぼりが定山渓にたくさんあると言うことで見に行きました。
・ 男の子が元気に大きくなるようにということで飾っています。
・ 女の子は、3月3日のひな祭りがあって、ひな人形がある。
・ たくさんこいのぼりがありました。
・ 特にこの日は、風が強かったので、とても元気なこいのぼりを見ることができました。

・足湯に入ってきました。
・足湯とは、足だけ温泉に入ることができる場所です。
・足湯に入るために、タオルも持っていきました。
・風が強くてとっても寒かったんですけど、足はとても温かかったです。
・とても良い場所だったので、今度はホテルに泊まりに行きたいと思います

おはようございます！Atsushiです。

今回は、睡眠についての話です。
僕はアプリを使って睡眠のデータを取っています。

このアプリでは、
規則性
眠るまでの時間
就寝時間
起床時間
いびき
歩数
などがわかります。
自分のデータだけでなく、世界や日本とのデータの比較もできるので、
自分の睡眠の質がわかります。

この2年近くの平均が出ているので、世界のデータとともにシェアしますね！
世界の正しい数字ではなく、このアプリのデータ上の結果です。
参考ぐらいにしてください。

・規則性
これは今平均で80%ぐらいです。以前会社で働いていた時は、不規則な仕事だったので70%ぐらいでした。でも今は日常生活の時間をコントロールできるので、だいぶ変わりました。

・眠るまでの時間
みなさんはベッドに入ってから眠るまでどれぐらい時間がかかりますか？
たぶん僕は早い方で、10分ぐらいで寝ます。早い時は1、2分で寝ます。たぶん。

・就寝時間
僕はこの1ヶ月は平均で0:26に寝ているみたいです。
日本のデータ上の平均は0:29
データ上で1番早いのは南アフリカ23:08
1番遅いのは香港1:07
だそうです。
本当は23:00ぐらいには寝る習慣にしたい。

・起床時間
起きる時間です。
僕はこの1ヶ月は平均で5:49に起きているみたいです。早い笑
日本のデータ上の平均は7:19
データ上で1番早いのはグアテマラ6:27
1番遅いのはエジプト8:58
だそうです。
早寝早起きしたいですね。

・いびき
このアプリを使い始めた1番の理由はいびきをどれだけかいているかを知りたかったからです。
僕はこの半年、平均で1:20もいびきをかいているみたいです。長い！笑
日本のデータ上の平均は0:36
データ上で1番多いのはグアテマラ0:40
1番少ないのはイラン0:13
だそうです。
これは改善したいですが、まだ何もしていません。

・歩数
僕は週に4、5回はランニングを続けているので、1日の歩数は多いです。
僕はこの2年の平均で14,701歩でした。
日本のデータ上の平均は4,640歩
データ上で1番多いのはベラルーシ7,125歩
1番少ないのはイラン2,164歩
だそうです。

・睡眠の質
最後に睡眠の質です。これが1番気になりますね。
僕のこの2年近くの平均は53%でした。低いです。
日本のデータ上の平均は67%
データ上で1番高いのはオランダ82%
1番低いのはクウェート66%
だそうです。
住みたい国のひとつ、オランダ。興味があります。

それにしても僕の睡眠の質は悪いですね。これはこのデータを見比べて、睡眠時間が少ないことだとわかりました。もう少し早く寝ようと思います！
