What began as a simple nap turned into a vivid journey through shifting dreamscapes, strange encounters, and deep reflections on awareness, sleep training, and the thin line between consciousness and unconsciousness.
I’ll walk you through the raw details of my dream journal, explore what it might reveal about the mind, and connect it with techniques of lucid dreaming, hypnagogic imagery, and even parallels with Buddhist practices. This is less of a lecture and more of a personal testimony: unfiltered, surreal, and full of wonder.
