あけまして、おめでとうございます。
日本は元日（がんじつ＝1月1日）から地震（じしん）におそわれ、不安定な年明け（としあけ）となりました。ちょうど13話で富山、14話で石川を話したばかりなので、心が痛いです。一日も早く、普通の生活が戻ることを、願っています。
さて、1月2日3日というのは、箱根駅伝（はこねえきでん）の日です。今年も変わらず行われ、記念の100回大会を迎えることができました。約200キロを10人の選手が2日かけて走りぬきます。箱根は観光地としても有名ですね。大都市、横浜が同じ県だとは思えません。そんな神奈川県について、ハルカちゃんと話してみました。
