so I believe that you can say

第二段用词也不太准确，你可以说：我和我的家人都非常的想念你，期待你的回信。
最后只要落款自己的名字和日期就可以了。

過了生日 has already celebrated the birthday.
You cannot say that you have already celebrated your birthday next week.
