Ignoring AI would be a bit like refusing to use a calculator to do math. While it is certainly possible to add numbers up in your head (or even long form in writing), why wouldn't someone use the tools available to make matters easier?

AI is fantastic, but use it as tool, not a source of wisdom. It relies on you to do all the thinking. It's just way faster and can look up information in the blink of an eye. It's great for offering many ways to express something, but you ultimately have to decide what it is that you want to say. It does not relieve you of the need to be smart.
