Tengo que dormir al menos 6 horas para estar/sentirme animado.
¿Cuántas horas necesitas dormir?
Yo necesito dormir 6 horas -aunque a veces no las cumplo-. Pero siempre procuro acostarme temprano, así mi descanso es siempre bueno.
