Please go out! I need to change clothes.
Don't bother me anymore. Go out now!
Please go outside! I need to change clothes.

They're all OK.
But I would change "out" to "outside" in all these sentences, for extra precision & clarity. If you need to repeat yourself potentially due to not being understood, that's the time to use "out".
