I was wondering, when we replace “shit” with “shoot”, can we also use shoot in written language like on social media (in the meaning of “crap, shit”), or that be weird and no one will understand this? THANKS 😁

It would only be used as an expression (Oh shoot!). It would not replace "crap" as a noun--if you say "this picture is crap" you wouldn't replace "crap" with "shoot." But you could say "this picture sucks" or "this picture is garbage" if you want a different word! Hope that makes sense!
