Hello, my name is Alessandro, I’m 23 years old, and I’m studying Human Resource Management. My coursework is very interesting, with different subjects like statistics, economics, law (so boring!), organizational behaviour, and, of course, management. The twin focus of this master's degree is not only how to best motivate a firm's workers, but also how to create a more productive environment within it. Moreover, enabling a company's management to recognize, and to properly utilize its employees often becomes a “win-win” situation, as the goal of a company should naturally be to make money, as well as to adequately reward the workers who allowed it to happen (I hope someone will correct my mistakes).
