I like many kinds of food. There are delicious food, but not healthy, and vice versa. Anyhow, I try to eat a delicious food but also are healthy for me. I eat a specific kind of fish like tuna, sardines. I eat also a lot of salads and many fruits too. I try to eat less bread and don't use sugar at all, but I used honey because it really very useful for my health.

There are different types of food that i tend to enjoy. There are foods that are delicious but are unhealthy, and vice versa. Furthermore, i try to consume foods that are both enjoyable and nutritious. I consume tuna and sardines among other fish. I also consume a significant amount of salads and fruits. I try to eat less bread and avoid sugar, but i do use honey because it is quite beneficial to my health.
