How can I politely ask someone to ask me the question in a different way? What should I speak?

The best option is “Could you rephrase the question please?”
You could also try “Can you please say that again, but in a different way?”

There's a few ways to ask. Here's a couple of suggestions.
"Could you please rephrase the question?"
"I'm not clear about what you are asking. Do you mind reframing the question differently?"
