Everyone like to be promoted in their career for better future, but it is not easy as we think. Because that is a life race and the winner will only get rewarded. My thought is a person with great attitudes, dedication, determination, devotion and enthusiastic mindset always gain the person's leadership qualities to reach targets hardly achieved by other people. In that way the person gain so much experience and expertise likely to be promoted as well.

Everyone likes to be promoted in their respected careers for a better future, but it is not a bed of roses/ a piece of cake as we assume. Because life is a race, only the winner would get rewarded. In my opinion, a person with a positive/optimistic attitude, dedication, determination, devotion, and an enthusiastic mindset achieves leadership qualities to reach targets, which seem tough by others. In that way, the person gains valuable experience and expertise and is likely to be promoted as well.
