I know plurals of non-humans are considered feminine singular in Arabic. Due to this, which of these sentences is grammatically correct?
1. البيوت والسيارات جميلة
2. البيوت والسيارات جميلتان
Please kindly also give the reason which sentence is correct. Thanks

Hello Zubair,
Sentence number 1 is correct. We say :
البيوت و السيارات جميلة.
In the second sentence, we have جميلتان which we use for 'dual' but in the sentence, we have plurals not duals (بيوت\سيارات).
