•I guessed that you meant to say that many of the chicken dishes are delicious. But if you meant: -chicken dishes are the most delicious, compared to any other dish (use "and they're the most delicious") -chicken dishes are very delicious (use "and they're very delicious") •For continuity, and to emphasize how much you like chicken, you could edit the last sentence to "that's why I love it." Because you said before that you "love" chicken.
