Here's my advice for learning English. Study regularly. Studying on a regular basis can help what you learn stay fresh in your mind so you can continue to build off of what you know. Practice is key. Patience is key. Expect mistakes to happen as you learn. Fluency doesn't mean absolute perfection. Truth is many American English speakers, speak very casually. Not 100% grammatically correct all the time.
