Is there any difference between likable and personable? Thank you in advance.

Likable means many people enjoy a person or thing.
Personable means that a thing is just for a single person and anybody more.

Many people or things can be likeable but only people can be personable. Likeable is a general term whereas personable means having an agreeable personality or appearance.
