or
- Was it SHE who said that?

I have to disagree with the other answer. The problem here is this is a two part sentence and each half seems to use a different pronoun.
Was it HER?
SHE said that.
I'm pretty sure that SHE is correct. Hopefully someone with specific grammar knowledge can confirm this.
