What's the difference between "Shje still did (it)" and "She did (it) anyway"? - She knew better than to argue with him, but she still did. - She knew better than to argue with him, but she did anyway.

There's not a real difference in meaning between the two--it's similar to «всё равно,» I think. For the second sentence, it sounds more natural if you include the 'it:' '...but, she did it anyway.' You could add 'it' after 'did' in the first sentence, also, but it's not totally necessary.
