Whats is the difference "karten" and "ticket" in german? 🇩🇪

I think Karten is more used within a leisure context, as in "Ich habe eine Karte für ein Konzert/ Fußballspiel." whereas Ticket is used for transportation such as, "Ich habe ein Bus/Zugticket."
