Grab means to take something with power E.g: The waves swallowed the boy so, a man in the sea grabed the boy's hand to rescue him. Take is more generic

There are an enormous number of uses of both of these words. The meaning comes from the context. Grab me a loaf bread, could you? (From the shelf in a store. Use your hand to put it in my cart.) The thief grabbed my phone right out of my hand. Don’t grab. Wait your turn. (A parent to his child at the dinner table. Here, it’s a negative.) Let’s grab lunch. I’ll drive . You grab some sleep. He took my car. (Could mean that he stole it. Could mean that he used it.)

take it the opposite in meaning to give. eg. Please do not take away my access. Grab is an aggressive word used to express negative feelings/emotions. It is also an action verb. eg. Do not grab my shirt.

Take is a more neutral verb. Grab implies that it make be a more aggressive way of taking and might be “”taken” faster.
