What’s ‘co-led’ means? I don’t know it’s abbreviation or not?

To lead with someone or as a group.
“This process was co-led by John and Sam”

Co means together.
Led is part tense of lead.
Could be used in leading a team for project. Assistant manager co-led project A with person xx.
