What is difference between 창업하다 and 차리다 ??

창업하다 and 차리다 are similar.
But 창업하다 is Hanja and the meaning is start business.
차리다 is native Korean, meaning is set up something.
So we use it different situations.
For example
회사를 창업하다.
가게를 차리다.
