The difference between 'on time' and 'in time', when you are on time, it happens at the planned time, for example the flight is scheduled to leave at 10:30 AM (if it leaves at 10:30 AM, then the flight is leaving on time. 'In time' means when you are in time, you are early enough to spare time. For example, I arrived at 9:30 so i could have coffee before boarding the flight. i arrived in time to have some coffee before boarding the flight/plane.

Hello! "On time" is to be punctual or arrive at the time you meant to. Example The train arrived at the station on time (it was not late) "In time" is to be nearly not on time. You were going to be late and then you managed to arrive at the correct time. Example. I had to run to catch my train in time.

On time means at the time In time means before the time I have a job interview at 9am. I got there at 9am, i say i get on time, but if i got there before 9am, i say i got in time. Following my bad english knowleage. (I apologize if both of them are incorrect)
