I often listen to classical music to help me release my stress and recharge my energy. But sometimes when I feel excessive stress, it causes insomnia, anorexia and prolonged nervousness. Travelling is the best option for me to alleviate stress levels. Looking over a new place, meeting new friends, and exploring diverse cultures are always the best things that help me boost my feelings and bring positive energy before coming back to my work. In addition, practising yoga is also my regular exercise to improve my mental health. By doing that on a regular basis, I sleep tight in the evening and avoid sleeplessness.
