Yes. Natural and correct. In US universities classes are often either Monday Wednesday Friday or Tuesday Thursday.

I would find the phrasing just confusing enough to need to ask for clarification.
Is having classes on every even day mean you have classes every second or fourth day, or a day when the date is even (the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th)?
