Example of Use: “Are you sure we should eat this with our hands?” Answer: “Why not? All of these people are eating it that way. As a native English speaker, I use this phrase all the time! I usually use the shortened version which takes advantage of the first half of the phrase and simply say, “When in Rome!” Great post!
