May I switch from would to will in an essay.
For instance
Were my suggestions to be considered, the youngest would highly gain health benefits in the long run. In lack of sports facilities, they will not be able to live a helathy life.

Yes, because in the first sentence you're saying what would happen if they followed your suggestions. It's a hypothetical situation because they're not following your suggestions yet. In the second sentence, it's a first conditional, future possibility if they continue without sport facilities.
Also, I would say 'With a lack of sport facilities', or 'Due to a lack of health facilities'. And as mentioned by the other teacher, healthy is misspelled.
