This whole "Game" notion originated from the Pick Up Art community (PUA). Pickup "artists" claim/believe that seducing a women can be achieved through a set of certain systematic "steps" or "techniques" or "stages" and that everyone can learn these techniques and apply them with success. It means making a semi-insulting (NOT offensive) compliment/remark/comment to the "target" women. The point is getting a women's attention. Since women are "used to getting flooded with positive compliments from men", when you make that semi-insulting comment, you'll "stand out" from the rest and you'll get her attention.
