I recently watched a short clip and this man said, "Use a 2-minute rule. Do 2-minutes of a habit you want to build everyday to form a habit." I couldn't agree more that we should just start small to make big changes, because we often just end up planning things instead of executing them. I think it's also a good thing to add to know your "why." Why are you doing it? Have a great day everyone!
