It was scorching hot today. We spent the afternoon studying that science book again. And then, just around dusk, my birthday presents arrived, two high-end, exquisite figures of my favorite Demon Slayer characters! I was beside myself with joy. Dad really splurged on them; they’re so precious to me. Later, he and I searched for apps to help me practice singing. We settled on MuseScore, which has nearly every sheet music you could imagine and can play most tracks like karaoke. Even Dad could follow the beats easily! I decided to start by learning an old-school song, Maniac, on it. He was overjoyed since it’s his absolute favorite. Making him happy means a lot to me.
