No need to think about it so long. Since my favourite cuisine is Asian cuisine, I love eating any kind of Asian dish. To be more specific ramen and sushi are flavorsome. They are completely different in terms of the spices and ingredients compared to my country's foods. The place I live in hasn't Asian restaurants or markets, they are not common in Turkey so it is hard to find a place to eat or prepare them. Therefore, this makes them more desirable for me. With the ingredients i can find, I always try to prepare them and those days are literally happiest days for me!
