Has anyone else experienced problems with the recent updates that iTalki has made to their app/website? It's been absolutely awful the past several weeks. I've been a loyal iTalki user for years now, but I've gotten so frustrated recently that I'm seriously considering switching to another platform, and was wondering what others have been experiencing.

The new design is terrible, not intuitive at all.

I agree! It's now difficult to find content and I couldn't find an easy way to relay my concerns to administrators. It seems less content is available in the app and there's a push to 'feed the fish'. If i didnt like my teacher do much I would look elsewhere
