Good morning! I’m in Kochi Prefecture right now, and the weather is terrible—it’s pouring rain. Despite that, I’m really craving bonito tataki again today. The flavors here are amazing, especially when the fish is so fresh. Rain or shine, good food always liftsな my mood in Kochi!
