I mostly take hot cup of milk before going to bed. Later, I offer namaz and apply serum on my face & castor oil on my eyes. Then finally i listen few verses & sleep.

Mostly/[usually] I take a hot cup of milk before going into bed. After that, I offer namaz and Apply serum on my face and castor oil on my eyes.Then I listen few verses of Quran and I fall sleep.
