The definition of beauty in my country has changed thanks to plastic surgery. People have this tendency to change, or as they prefer to say, modify, their natural beauty.
Standards of beauty have changed throughout history. This is perfectly natural as people's attitudes have changed too. However, I think nowadays the situation is a little bit complex. In the past, if you were lucky, you would embody the exact beauty standards of your time, and as such were considered a beautiful person. This is down to luck. Today there's more competition among people. If you don't meet the beauty standards, you simply achieve them by having some surgeries, regardless of the cost and risk of physical harm.
Plastic surgery is causing people to look similar. Therefore, I think natural beauty will start trending again.
