I think a successful business depends on knowledge of the market variables, like the its competitors, its own weak and strong points, etc... I think it’s all about information, attitude and how fast you can adjust behaviors. Besides that it’s important know how to deal with people, at the end of the day there are real people taking the most complex decisions even nowadays.

I think a successful business depends on the knowledge of the market variables, like the competitors, its own weak and strong points, etc. I think it’s all about information, attitude and how fast you can adjust behaviors. Besides that it’s important know how to deal with people. At the end of the day, there are real people taking the most complex decisions even nowadays.
