A book called "The Rational Optimist" has changed my opinion toward Genetically Modified organisms. I had an opinion that was inherited by my parents that GMOs could be harmful to our health. However, this book said if we modify the genes of organisms to create more nutritious food which is good for depression, for example, food will be more valuable. Thus, I changed my mind about GMOs in a good way.

I had an opinion that was inherited(influenced) by my parents that GMOs could be harmful to our health. However, this book said that if we modify the genes of organisms to create more nutritious food which is good for depression, for example, food will be more valuable. Thus, I have changed my mind about GMOs in a good way.
