“Hi! Today is sunny, and I’m going to buy a bouquet because tomorrow is Mother’s Day. My mother likes dark colors, but I think they’re not suitable for Mother’s Day, so I’ll get a pink one!”
Holidays like “Mother’s Day” are proper nouns—always capitalize them. Also, don’t forget articles like “a” before singular countable nouns (e.g. a pink one).
