I want to teach Persain but iTalki.com didn't except my application form.
Does anyone know how they will except the form? What they look at when
someone wants to be a teacher on iTalkie.com?

I think he is saying: if you ask people who work under the title of teacher, you will get a better answer, wont you.
And that is also the answer as to why you were not accepted: You must understand the language you are teaching COMPLETELY before you can teach it.
