Could anybody explane me these expressions? 1. I can't believe he has bought this. 2. You'he lost me. 3. Where are you going with this? As I understand, it is idiom.

For number 1, "bought" could mean "believed." As in, "I can't believe he believed this lie." It could also literally mean "bought," like Rae said.
"You've lost me," is another way of saying, "I don't understand you."
"Where are you going with this?" means "What do you mean?" or "What is your point?" It can be used if someone talks for a long time, but you are still not sure what they are trying to say.
1. When someone buys something from a store, and another person thinks it is not worth buying, the person who does not like the item will say this.
2. When someone is talking nonsense, a person will say "you've lost me" to show he or she does not know what the person is talking about.
3. When a person talks for a long time, and there does not seem to be a main idea to what he or she is saying, someone can say "where are you going with this?" to ask why the person is talking.
