Chiquita and chochito are two very different words.  I just googled that word and chocho means vagina.  That being said what makes you think it sounds cute?

I have never heard that word and to be honest it doesn't sound like something nice to say. 

Chochito, in fact, means vagina in some countries as Camilo said. So, avoid using it if you try to be cute hehe.
