Do you think the following sentence sounds natural and correct to you?

I received an email, and in response I would like to write this:

Thank you so much for your reply. I am delighted to receive it, and am looking forward to your e-mail.

Hi Tuğba,

I think it's a given that you would reply via email (unless you planned to call... or write a postcard... or send a pigeon), so I think "...and am looking forward to hearing from you" or "...and am looking forward to your response" (because you've already used "reply") are fine. It's just a case of not repeating yourself, or stating the obvious here.
