if you want to learn German with short video clips, I could recommend the YouTube channel "Slivki Show". Especially for Russian native speakers this channel is interesting, because Slivki Show is also published in Russian.

I could also recommend the playlist "Easy German - Learning German from the streets" (https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3936178A38BB5F87). Easy German has also an own channel (https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCbxb2fqe9oNgglAoYqsYOtQ).
In these videos native Germans are interviewed in everyday situations.
